Main scope of work:
1- Brand Strategy:
• Lead brand 1 – 3 year strategy;
• Collaborate with Connection team on media strategy;
• Brand budget planning;
2- Portfolio Management
• Innovation product pipeline, including innovation strategy, concept, packaging;
• Portfolio optimization, including pack-size, seasonal packs and regional needs;
3- Brand communication
• Lead brand key IMC/ Backbone campaigns to continue enhance brand unique positioning while gaining market share;
• Capturing potential Key selling moment to craft seasonal creative brand activation;
4- Always-on social communication
• Lead and craft brand social always-on strategy;
• Capture consumer social insight and design content to enhance brand relationship;
