岗位名称：工艺技术专家（Process Technologist）
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above，Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science
本科以上学历，化学、化学工程或材料科学专业
2. English or Chinese to meet daily communication needs is preferred
英语或中文能满足日常沟通需求优先。
3. 10+ years direct experiences on semiconductor materials, especially liquid and substrate interactions, formulation based chemical systems
10年以上半导体材料的工作经验，在液体和衬底的相互作用，基于配方的化学系统方面有丰富的经验
4. Enriched project experiences on fine chemicals and semiconductor materials with direct experiences on scaling up and volume production
丰富的精细化工和半导体材料项目经验，具有规模化和量产的直接经验
5. Familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA，APQP, SPC etc.，and have enough experiences on implementation and daily execution
熟悉FMEA,APQP, SPC等质量工具，有丰富的实施和日常执行经验
6. Careful logical thinking, critical thinking, in the face of difficulties and problems can propose solutions of different dimensions，drive for root cause analysis, mechanism and model setup
逻辑思维缜密，批判性思维，面对困难和问题能提出不同维度的解决方案，驱动根本原因分析并建立机制和模型
7. Pay special attention on details, trends to solve the problem systematically.
特别关注细节、趋势，能够系统地解决问题
8. Capable to catch the key points in multiple aspects

工作职责：
Responsibilities：
1. Lead or support to complete the assigned projects towards the final completion and solve all the related issues during the whole process, including but not limited to evaluation, screening, design conformation, implementation, qualification and release for use
领导或支持完成指定项目，并解决整个过程中的所有相关问题，包括但不限于评估、筛选、设计确认、实施、资格确认和使用放行
2. Lead or support new product transfer and scaling up towards volume production successfully with all related documents in place (FMEA, QCP, SOP, checklists)
根据相关文件(FMEA, QCP, SOP，清单)，领导或支持新产品转移和批量生产
3. Provide technical training, coaching and advise to other team members and support to buildup the process know-how and packages at company level
为其他团队成员提供技术培训，指导和建议，并支持在公司层面上积累工艺知识和软件包
