Job Description:



Establish a reliability culture in the plant to engage all levels of organization
Drive reliability performance on the plant using the most appropriate and effective tools and techniques.
Monitor existing PM/PdM programs, historical trends and KPI data for early identification and resolution of reliability issues.
Lead the process programs to optimize the production continuously.
Manage the new trials process on new raw material, new products and transfer products. Lead the line modification projects if necessary.
Master for CapEx and OpEx system to ensure the projects are properly implemented

Main Tasks:

Developing a long-term reliability plan which identifies critical reliability areas with tracking indicators.
Leading the development and implementation of an operating and data gathering/ validation/reporting system that provides trending and analysis with detection of early failure indicators.
Building a reliability and process monitoring and reporting system for the implementation of the reliability plan and conducting systematic and disciplined performance reviews.
Lead disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts
Lead review of equipment "bad actors" creating action plans for increasing reliability and monitoring performance vs. plans.
Establish active participation of the plant with internal and external networks to ensure maximum learning through replication of best practices.
Routinely monitor the asset effectiveness. Find the opportunity to optimize the production process continuously.
Provide/organize the process and technology training to the operators regularly focusing on product basic knowledge and process trouble-shooting skills.
Establish and maintain technical document system (e.g. P&ID) to ensure all the major parameters are properly documented.
Lead/Manage the new trials to ensure it is properly proceeded in the plant.
Lead and manage Capex and Opex projects. Ensure it is completed within the timeline and budget.
Process engineer is deputy rule for technology manager according to C0125-EPC Plant Deputy Regulation


Education: Bachelor’s degree
Working Experience: Minimum 3 years equivalent work experience in manufacturing plant. Engineering plastics experience would be strong plus.
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good communication skill of English language, oral and written
