Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Brand Marketing
- Marketing:
o Work closely with line manger to deliver yearly marketing budget plan.
o Have strategic thinking and planning for the brand business, as well as
product assortment & integrated marketing activities.
o Emphasis on category awareness building through marketing campaign.
Be familiar with digital/social trends in China, a good storyteller for
product driven campaign as well.
o Lead the execution of brands’ digital campaign for China market, to
enhance the category awareness and drive traffic for both off-line and
eCom business.
o Work with retail and VM colleague to propose and acquire approval for
off-line activities, in line with brand roadmap and plan. To make sure the
investment could have a high ROI feedback to support off-line business.
Also, to be the key person to order and develop all brand related marketing
materials. Instore marketing
o Co-operate with eCom team for content marketing activists, ensure all
content marketing is in line with brand guidelines.
o As a key person to communicate with internal team for all related busines
request, work cross-functionally and with the brand team to achieve
quality execution and financial objectives
o Build up good relationship with Mother brand China team.
- Assortment: Work closely with demand planning team for China assortment
process. Together to work out and adapt China assortment for the market, tail
made for different sales channel.
- Boutique business:
o Work out boutique seasonal assortment from marketing expectation
o Maintain and support for the boutique business in China.
- Product Training:
o Compiling product training materials and developing courseware;
o Responsible for brand related product training, including for various sales
channels and internal team.
• Capability:
- Hands-on for all execution.
- Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on
performance monitoring.
- A project leader for various of marketing campaign, good at copywriting, has the
common sense of fashion/accessory market. Plan and control the spend required
for each marketing activity to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of spend to
reach the defined brand goals.
- Financial Management and can handle with all detail payments, good to monitor
budget controlling quarterly and yearly. Control all quotes from key partners and
agencies to ensure we are continuously getting the best value.
- Always have can-do attitude, easy to be adapted with new challenges.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor degree above
- At least 8 years relevant in-house marketing / account management experience
with reputable companies. International fashion brand and jewelry, accessory
brand would be a plus.
- Solid marketing/product experience in both planning and execution.
- Understanding all consumer language and best communication tools on the
market.
- Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence to present formally
to internal and external audiences with ability to bring audience with you.
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English
- Excellent copywriting in Chinese
