Main Tasks:
Safety and compliance, continuously develop and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety at workplace & during business trips. Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance as defined by company’s Code of Conduct
-Key account management, plan and manage assigned accounts, including direct accounts/dealers/distributors, to meet sales target and ensure account strategies are implemented consistently and manage existing customers CSP, orders entry, delivery and payments relative daily works. Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services and initiate the collaboration with other cross functional teams such as marketing, Innovation, PM, SCM to ensure customer satisfaction, e.g. delivery reliability, and achieving business growth. Consolidate and analyze data on customer needs, including product application, services requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules, internal regulations, pricing structure, and credibility profiles to help secure business. Maintain customer relationship through regular contact, proposals on sales/marketing/technical solutions to establish long term partnerships. Fast response to customer requests on product info, technical support via coordination with various teams and functions within company (technical, customer services, logistic personnel, product management, regulatory affairs, etc.) to solve customer problems/complaints (NCM) and enhance high level of customer satisfaction
-Business development, research, identify and develop existing and potential projects to increase sales and profitable growth, create sales projects, closely monitor on project progress of both direct and indirect channels and follow up regularly with key stakeholders
-Market intelligence, develop and implement measures to continuously track, report and act upon market intelligence such as competitive activities, demand/capacity development, pricing development to ensure BASF’s position as market leader
-Establish a database to obtain, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology and service needs etc. in order to identify new business opportunities
-Establish and capitalize relationships with key stakeholders such as trade association, opinion leaders and partners to ensure BASF’s market position
-Credit Management, regularly and closely monitor outstanding / overdue by customer and DSO. Review credit limits / credit limit requests by customers and payment terms.
-Cost-to-serve and Working capital, actively manage Selling cost, e.g. manage business trip with clear target to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Propose to and implement with team leader for indirect cost management and collaborate with SCM and other departments to ensure effective business forecast, payment terms, receivables and credit risk management, appropriate use of Inco terms and achieve all working capital targets.

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry or related discipline. Postgraduate education such as Master in related discipline preferred
-Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in related industry
-Well established business acumen and communication skills.
