Responsibility
1、Sales planning:
Planning VIP sales forecast, commercial strategic planning
Track brand/store performance and conduct KP report at regular basis
Prepare business plan and review to better guide the daily business
Brands allocation in VIP considering the stock limitation
2、E-operation: Support brand team in daily store operation incl but not limited to
Business analysis with identify key drivers for growth with actions
Merchandising analysis incl. product performance, stock analysis
Brand license status checking and follow-up
Close communication with TP to support daily operation
3、 New Business Opportunity: Participate and support local and global initiatives
Explore the opportunities from license brand
New online channel BD and strategy planning
4、Backend Management
Managing platform’s fee application, invoice issue in SAP and related system
Logistic monitoring including weekly return process and product delivery
REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1、Educatione
Bachelor degree above
2、Experience
At least 3 years of working experience with 1 year working experience in e-commerce
Preferred FMCG Fashion, Beauty or retail background
3、Knowledge and skills
Good analytical skills and keen sense of number
Strong communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written in EN
Excellent Micro-soft skill esp.in OUTLOOKEXCEL and PPT
