技术服务副经理（PU- 汽车)

Job Description:

工作职责
- Technical development/service of Polyurethane (PU) product for Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) automotive industry
- Provide on-site technical support to customers as technical consultant and trouble shooters, to help customer achieve smooth and continuous production
- Collect and analyze information of customer expectation and pain points on product performance
- Coordinate with production and Quality control (QC) team for stable quality control and smooth supply
- Support commercial team on NEV business development, including technical seminar, customer communication, support trial and product test
- Information collection, including customer demand, technical trend, competition condition, to support team make business strategy product development plan
- Writes comprehensive reports and evaluations on obtained from experimentation, orally present responsible projects
- Ensure that BASF and local Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations are observed within the company

工作要求
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above at chemical related subjects
- Working Experience: at least 5 years working experience in Polymer industry or Automotive industry.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: experience of PU application in Automotive industry is preferred
