Main Tasks:
-Polyurethane Application Project Management
-Initiate and lead independently the global or regional polyurethane application projects especially in road & bridge industry; Transform the project objectives into lab work plans and conduct lab works, analyze & interpret experimental results. Proactively drive the projects, closely watch and achieving project milestones within timeline and budget.
-Develop new methods/procedures for formulation, testing or analysis with support of the global R&D team.
-Present and document results, prepare project reports and file patents.
-Constantly discuss and align the asphalt projects activities with sales & marketing, production teams.
-Lab Management
-Ensure the efficient operation of the lab facilities and initiate continuous operation improvement measures.
-Implement and ensure compliance with company standards regarding EHS in the lab team activities .
-Technical Service
-Provide technical service and support to asphalt industries and isocyanate- derivatives customers in China.
-Closely observe and evaluate competitior’s activities, literature, publications, IP and draw reports.
工作要求
Requirements:
-Master or above in Materials or Transportation with a primary focus on at least one of the following: road engineering, petrochemical engineering, polymer engineering & science.
-Preferred 5+ years working experience (including PhD period) in polyurethanes or asphalt industries.
-Well acquainted with standard IT applications, excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
-A proactive team player, who shows initiative and a self-starter with an outgoing personality who can seize opportunities and move projects forward.
