l Realize sales target of the designated accounts
l Implement product/market strategies as agreed with reporting manager
l Develop new customers
l Possess sound knowledge of product range and pricing structure
l Maintain a thorough understanding of product demand in the market, be familiar with competitive product pricing and strategies l Promote the Company’s products
l Answer inquiries and preparing quotation according to pre-determined price level.
l Monitor general records on customers’ individual profile, visiting reports, quotation, sales records, and ensure the records are up-to-date
l Cultivate relationship with customers (existing and new)
l Guide technical representative l Facilitate commercial claim Marketing l Report all information on market trends/competitors’ activities to reporting manager
l Provide technical support to customers
l Coordinate bulk trials at customers upon request either by customer or by reporting manager
l Identify customers’ technical needs and provide feedback to reporting manager for allocation of technical support.
l Familiar with the Company’s full product range.
l Recommend credit limit / payment terms on new customers
l Responsible for customer outstandings
Be familiar with the Company’s Quality Management System and to perform the job duties accordingly
Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
10 years experience in sales or 8 years as dyeing and printing workshop manager.
Textile chemistry or relevant technical training
Proficient in English and Putonghua
Good computer knowledge
Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical and problem solving skills
Tactful, pro-active, self-motivated, team spirit, outgoing
