工作职责
Product Management
Jointly develop and implement product strategies with Marketing
Define price limits, considering competitive environment and value proposition, and approve below limit prices.
Allocate volumes per channel in times of shortages based on defined criteria.
Decide on product portfolio in collaboration with Industry Marketing, take decisions on portfolio streamlining and extensions.
Benchmarking & competitor monitoring to continuously improve product portfolio & services as well as production footprint.
Maximize cCM1 by minimizing variable cost and by defining optimal pricing guidelines and help to minimize local manufacturing fixed cost.
Maximize utilization of OMP assets by identifying business potentials together with Sales, Industry Marketing.
Coordinate product transfers / localization to Asian production sites.
With close communication with the procurement / suppliers, secure raw material supply for the responsible asset.
-Business analyst
Coordinate operational budget, aligned with strategic targets and leveraging on mid-term growth opportunities
Support generate regular report & materials
Provide insight analysis based on request from project / topics
工作要求
-Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or Chemistry. MBA would be an added benefit
-Working Experience: Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Marketing or related function
-Other requirements: Well established and respected technical expertise in core business areas, good business acumen and communication skills.
