Sales Manager,East Asia
Key responsibilities:
-Visit customer and potential customer in order to sell the Machines and solutions
-Acquire new leads and prospects in the territory assigned
-Ensure proper and prompt follow up with leads and prospects
-Develop strategies to reach new leads / prospects
-Conduct negotiations with customers
-Ensure customer satisfaction and address / monitor unsatisfaction issues
-Conduct product demonstrations to the customer at the manufacturing facility
-Attend trade shows in greater Asia
-Maintain market knowledge in the territory through magazines, websites, etc.
-Main point of reference for the customers’ clarifications and issues
-Reporting: Load/enter/modify Customer CRM data regularly
Requirements:
-At least 8 years’ experience in sales of industrial machinery in multinational companies
-Excellent knowledge of Mandarin& English
-Knowledge of B2B industrial market
-Hong Kong based office; frequent travel is required.
-Initial training in EU HQ
