Job Description:

Be responsible for overall six sigma blackbelt and process improvement.
Work closely with the plant quality leaders to identify the pain area and suggest the improvement ideas.
Work with quality team to get the ideas implemented and review the benefits.
Use six sigma tools to drive major problem improvement as project leader.
Design and conduct problem solving related training program to develop quality talent pool.
6 sigma black belt certification by CAQ or ASQ. Familiar with the six sigma knowledge, such as FMEA, process map, SOP, statistics and etc.
