Work Location: Caojing, Shanghai
Objectives:
Responsible for asset management roll-out, follow up the development.
Responsible for further development of asset management concept
Responsible for alignment of plant-specific targets, priorities and action plans regarding asset management
To maintain the reliability of asset (equipment, instrument, DCS and PLC control system, etc.) in ChemCycling plants, ensure that all the company guideline and procedures are strictly respected
To be technically responsible in instrument & automation system migration, upgrade or modification.
Main Tasks:
Lead routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, plant change (MOC) regarding asset;
Plant Turnaround management including Work-list preparation, material/spare parts preparation, scheduling, safety and quality control etc.
Maintenance process optimization and execution to achieve maintenance excellence
Follow company internal asset management guideline and procedure
Spare parts management
Lead and support contractor to implement planned maintenance works, such as asset, instrument & DCS system inspection, troubleshooting, history data backup.
Cooperate with vendors to implement instrument & automation system annual check
Review and approval of all instrument specifications in his/her responsible area.
Contact &coordinate with Engineering Units for design issues.
Participation in collecting system event information and analyze the root cause
24-hour on call to support asset emergency case
Provide technical training regarding asset management
SAP related work such as PM model set up, run etc.
Take the lead for safety management in his/her responsible area.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor or above, majored in automation/instrument control area
Working Experience: Above 8 years’ experience in chemical plant, with maintenance experience of ABB and Siemens DCS is preferred.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Have good knowledge in asset management and instruments
Good English and computer skill in NETWORK are required
Good team work and communication capability
Know the GB code of automation control and explosion knowledge
