• Safety 安全
• 能够带领电仪工严格遵守公司的各项规章制度、不断提高维修人员的安全意识。Lead
maintenance workers to follow up Company procedures and regulations, and continuous
improve workers’ safety consciousness.
• 组织电仪人员参加安全活动，发生紧急状况时，应及时了解异常情况，组织人员向密闭
室撤离。Organize worker to participant safety activities, guide them to escape to close room
once emergency accident happened.
• 带领电仪人员学习项目现场的安全管理要求并严格执行, 确保电仪人员现场工作的安
全。Lead to study safety rules, ensure on site workers in safe.
• 严格遵守承包商管理程序，及时检查承包商的工作，把承包商工作做好。Strictly follow
up contractor procedure, check construction site safety on time.
• 安装、使用电器产品、燃气用具和敷设电气线路、管线必须符合相关标准和用电、用气
安全管理规定，并定期维护保养、检测。The installation and use of electrical appliances, gas
appliances and electrical wiring and pipelines must comply with the relevant standards and
the safety management regulations of electricity and gas, and maintain and inspect regularly.
• 日常管理 Management
• 负责电仪团队及承包商的管理 ，帮助各领班解决疑难问题，合理分配维修力量提高工
作效率。Take responsibility of workers and contractor management, support to resolve their
problems to improve working efficiency.
• 电仪设备故障后参与 RCA，并且制定行动计划跟踪。Participate RCA analysis after I/E
failure and cooperate to make action plan, and track it
• 跟踪 SIS 完成情况，例如 PMP,WI。 Track site finishing related about SIS such as PMP,
WI.
• 建立和更新 SOP. Make new SOP or cooperate to update the old one
• 将所有新的维修程序及变更及时告知电仪工指导下属完成他们的目标和工作要求 。
Keep subordinators refresh in maintenance procedures and guide them to finish their goals.
• 负责对系统的工单管理，将已完成工单及时关闭，并将相关外协工作及进验收。In charge
of work order management, close finished work orders in time. Check and give acceptance
for outsourcing service work.
• 负责相关单元的 PM、WO、MOC 的管理工作，并定期与生产汇报。Responsible relative
PM, WO, MOC management and provide report periodically
• 负责相关单元的停车检修计划的制定，备件的准备、检修的实施和验收。Provide related
unit overhaul plan, be responsible spare part preparation, implementation and acceptance.
• 对 下属 持续 地进 行安 全和 所有 设备 的有 效维 修培 训 。Continuous training for
subordinators in safety and maintenance.
• 熟悉高低压供配电系统 ，高低压电气开关柜，UPS,柴油发电机，MCC 变频器，马达维
护维护保养。Be familiar with electrical system maintenance ,for example power distribution
systems, high voltage switchgears and lower voltage switchgears, uninterruptible power
supply, emergency generator, Motor control center ,electrical drives and motors etc.
• 熟悉现场仪表校验维护保养，例如温度，压力，流量，PH 等。 Be familiar with preventive
maintenance of Instruments ,controls ,sensors ,alarms ,interlocks etc.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge 知识:
• 大学本科，主修电气，仪表或自动化。Bachelor degree and majored in majored in
electrical instrumentation and automation or motor driving.
2. Skills 技能:
• 能够领导电仪工处理好各项电仪工作，及对下属提供有效的维修帮助。 Take lead of
maintenance workers to deal with daily work and give them proper supports.
• 能善于发现并解决维修故障。 Be able to monitor and troubleshoot production.
• 具备可靠性(RCM)的专业知识。Own good knowledge of RCM
• 良好的英文读写能力 Good written and oral English.
3.Experience 经验:
• 至少 8 年相关电仪维修工作经验，而且至少 2 年成功的在一个装置有维修管理或相关
领导经验 Minimum of five years' operating experience in the continuous production plant
with at least 2 years of successful supervisory or relevant leadership experience in one
production line.
• 偏电气，懂仪表，熟悉管理变电站，高压电气设备，马达控制室的设备维护。Be familiar
with management of substation, high voltage equipment, MCC, instrument knowledge is
requirement etc.
• 熟悉电气安全管理规章制度 be familiar with electrical safety procedures
• 最好有高压电工证 With high voltage license is prefer
4. Abilities 能力:
• 非常突出的沟通能力和不同工厂环境下的适应能力 excellent communication skill and
adaptability in different plants
• 较强的学习能力 Strong learning ability
• 良好的安全意识和团队合作精神。Good safety consciousness and team work.
