Responsibilities:
- Safety Management
Put safety as a priority; Establish high standards in safety management and strictly implement them to ensure zero accidents; Promote safety practices at work.
- Process Solutions
Develop process solutions to meet product requirements; Convert requirements into parameters for equipment control; Cooperate with E&A and Mechanical Engineers to reach a consensus on solutions.
- Process Realization
Define specific requirements for equipment to support process realization; Coordinate the equipment teams to ensure execution of instructions; Technically lead maintenance technicians and engineers to resolve and prevent problems.
- Process Customization
Formulate the process solutions based on the customized needs of different customers; Collaborate with the Technology team to perform product trials.
- Continuous Improvement
Lead and support continuous improvement activities in both process and equipment; Provide process expertise to the technology team for improvement project implementation; Propose optimization solutions for production lines and equipment operations.
- Technical Guidance
Provide technical guidance to the operators; Develop operation instructions, procedures, and technical specifications; Lead incident root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.
- Monitor
Monitor and evaluate the execution of operation instructions and procedures; Identify appropriate countermeasures.
Requirements:
• Advanced technical knowledge and deep understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Expertise in Cold Rolling or Annealing and Coating.
• Expertise in problem-solving techniques such as six sigma, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of ten years of working experience; At least five years of progressive industrial experience; Experience in process technology/operations role or similar in Cold Roll Mill, coating lines, or annealing line environment.
