Job Description:

 Responsible for NVH team management and allocate resources to the project 负责团队管理，协调资源服务项目
 Responsible for team ability improvement and Know how 负责团队能力提升
 ITL and Responsible for Complete Vehicle NVH Performance Development性能集成组长，负责整车NVH性能开发
 Manage deliverable quality and timing for responsible project/team把关项目/团队的交付物质量和交付时间
 Responsible for Target setting and plan负责制定专业目标及项目计划
 Responsible for DMU check support, CAE support and risk evaluation 支持数模检查及NVH CAE分析，负责NVH风险评估
 Support physical tests, identification root cause of issues and responsible for solutions支持物理样车测试，原因分析及解决方案制定.
Report the status to department manager regularly. Issue & Risk following and escalation on time定期向部门经理汇报工作状态，问题风险跟踪并及时将问题上升
