Develops and directs NPI project management operations and strategic
planning to meet organizational goals;
Manage NPI process, including project management, schedule development,
prototype scheduling, manufacturing engineering support and sourcing review
of critical components;
Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards,
processes and tools used for effective project delivery;
Drive strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company
capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services;
Establishes methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and to assess
results for all projects;
Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and
coordinates solutions;
Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and
to propose operational improvement and cost savings;
Take lead of the NPI project management by working closely with Sales Team,
Project Delivery Team including Design Team, Supply Chain and internal crossfunction team to ensure all projects can be delivered to the highest standards;
Be in charge of the DFx technical team with upgraded recommendations and
insights to best represent the manufacturing expertise;
Support Sales Team in the project meeting with customers by providing the
technical support to manufacturing in-process and technical’
suggestions/feedback in line with customer’s needs;
Make the project delivery plan and operation cost by working together with
Costing Manager, engineering team according to customer's needs;
Management of operational readiness to ensure all products can be delivered
on-time and a decision-maker to approve all the required equipment for each
build.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in engineering or related technical field required
Above 10 years’ experience in related area;
Working knowledge of product design and manufacturing process;
Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and operation equipment;
Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
