Job Description:

Objectives of the Job:
 With the request of the Department Manager or project responsible, execute & fulfill the work package independently.
 Lead the creation & development of the FRS master timing plan to support the master functional list.
 Ensure the ADAS tasks are completed on time & the deliverables are of high quality to meet customer satisfaction.
 Support EE team understands customer requirements and improves customers’ satisfaction.
 Coach EE team members with related experienced modules’ knowledge.

Main Duties:
 Manage and lead the technical direction of suppliers to design and develop ADAS system and ADAS components.
 Lead the ADAS SE teams to design and develop ADAS system and ADAS components and support for whole vehicle EEA design & development.
 Collect and review technical requirements and specifications from customer and suppliers.
 Act as the technical module interface to the customer and suppliers.
 Create and develop the initial draft FRS plan & cascade this plan to key cross functional teams.
 Support and review the creation of SOR for the ADAS sensors, including the USS, camera, lidar and radar
 Translate the related set vehicle targets into technical requirements for ADAS components.
 Support ADAS SE team members to solve technical issues.
 Lead the ADAS SE team to support prototype vehicle and test bench build up.
 Work with Integration team on the validation timing of all ADAS components and software.
 Support Vehicle and test bench validation together with cross functional teams to ensure ADAS meets the functional requirements.
 Support ADAS team for packaging study, homologation requirements & investigation, technology feasibility analysis.
 Make proposals concerning technical feasibilities for changes affecting ADAS components.
 Support ADAS system EOL calibration at customer production line, and EOL equipment purchase
 Support the technical approval for ADAS system for different phases (Mule, Pre-PTO, PTO and FRS release plan) based on the technical maturity

Qualification:
 Electrical, electronics, automotive or related majority.
 At least 5 years’ experience on automotive ADAS system, familiar with ADAS domain controller, other ADAS ECUs, actuators and Sensors, APA RVC PDC ACC (L2+relevant functions)
 Good knowledge of application software & hardware, API of basic software package, and diagnosis.
 Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred.
 Familiarity with international standards and regulations for ADAS.
 Capable of analyzing root causes for errors were found during the validation.
 Proficiency on the computer and engineering development applications for ADAS.
 Self-motivation, open mind, good planning skills
