JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Technical Service Manager
Main Missions:
Visit potential customers in LiB market and collect the technical needs or
requirements, translate the desired needs to requirement of performance in
slurry/paste/coatings of electrode
Follow up the progress of key projects in potential customers of LiB
Provide technical service to the customers, i.e. technical questions answer,
product application advice and product performance test
Organize the lab studies regarding to the request from customer and/or the R&D
project
Deliver the trainings to the customers, distributors and sales & marketing manager;
be in charge of technical presentations
Support to the global R&D team in new product development in LiB application
Contributes to defining standard operating procedures (SOP) for equipment
Be responsible for safety technical work within his/her scope
Before product/process modification, safety actions and related operation rules
shall be considered at the same time.
Safety actions shall be considered when planning, designing, modification and
inspecting.
Attending accident investigation, analysis and handling related to product
development.
Job Dimension:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Required Knowledge:
Background in chemistry or related disciplines. Polymer or electrochemical
preferred
Minimum 3 years of battery cell manufacture working experience, familiar with
the process of manufacture of LiB and the evaluation method of battery cell
Minimum a Master Degree
Technical skills :
Mastery of operating modes and techniques
Good written English
Good communication skill
Autonomy and adaptability
Good IT skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
