Job Description:

Main Tasks:
-Synthesis of functional polymers via different chemical methods.
-Documentation of R&D results.
-Selection, assigning and interpretation of standard analytics
-Perform general lab assignments (e.g. raw material inventory review, lab housekeeping) as assigned
-Comply with regulations concerning safety, health and environment
-Transfer of lab results into production, supported by scientist
-Communication within lab team and internal project partners

工作要求
Requirements:
-Bachelor with working experience or master degree of chemistry or equivalent. Strong background in organic or polymeric synthesis preferred.
-Minimum 2 years professional experience in organic synthesis lab (research, development) or production, if education is bachelor degree.
-Good English speaking and writing skills
-Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization, ability to analyze results and to solve technical problems and proficient in computer skills
